"Feria did an excellent job from beginning to end. They immediately came to look at our project and provided an estimate right away. The crew was very punctual, arriving and leaving at the same time every day and they always left the jobsite clean and orderly. They worked on our house during one of the hottest weeks this summer and nothing slowed them down or affected their pleasant attitudes. In addition, paint was only found where it was supposed to be! There was excellent communication throughout the project. When we compared punch lists, they were already tracking everything I found and then some. The final walkthrough was very thorough and only then was a check written. In home repair you definitely get what you pay for. Going for bottom line price, the homeowner usually pays twice - once for a substandard job and once for the effort involved in hassling over all the little details. "Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues.

The recent cold and wet weather caused a few delays and issues, but when the weather got nicer, they were back on the job and fixed the few minor issues caused by the weather. The limestone foundation was had a lot of cracks and crevices, but was covered very well. Only found a few spots that were quickly fixed where the shadows and cracks hid whether it was painted thoroughly or not. The job site was kept straightened and the crew was courteous and professional. I'm sure I'll have paint work in the future and I know who I will be calling. Highly recommend."

I asked them to do additionally in another room and there was just a very small fee for that. We already had the paint, but it was next to thing.
