The team from North Shore did a fantastic job - they were thorough, fast for such a large project, and respectful of our property. The team's attention to detail was extraordinary - before the last day of work, we did a walk around to make note of the handful of items that we saw that we wanted to make sure got done. Without us even needing to mention those to the team, they addressed every single one as part of their final touch up process. This level of attention to detail is not something we have had from all contractors we have worked with. We would absolutely use North Shore again for future projects. Pricing was fair, but not cheap - that said, you get what you pay for and the quality speaks for itself."

"Steve was friendly. He laid out the cost beyond labor. He removed rust and painted all the surfaces with rust oleum for a smooth finish and the chairs which are from my family and they have special meanings for me. He did not use electrostatic method which would have had extra costs, as I noted to put extras on whatever electrostatic is and I do not want to prefer to pay that. I went prostatic so he did a good job with the spray painting so it was very well done. He spray painted all the surfaces with rust oleum for a smooth finish. I signed it with JAJ and the reading MA."

Powerwash, a couple days drying, prep, hole filling and caulk, prime, brush coat and then final coat sparyed on. Personally, I took care of some minor repair while they continued to work on the overall house. Competitively priced! Great job."

"I have had an excellent experience with Velesco tile. They just completed demolition of old tile in my first floor and then retiled my kitchen , half bath and fireplace. They put up plastic for the demolition, which creates much dust. This really helped. They showed up on time, were flexible and answered all my questions. They were neat and cleaned up appropriately. The tile is straight in ts lines and corner triangle pieces are perfect. I thought that Ronnie, the owner, was proud of his work and he had every reason to be so. I recommend him without hesitation.
