He removed rust and painted all the surfaces with rust oleum for a smooth finish and the chairs which are from my family and they have special meanings for me. He did not use electrostatic method which would have had extra costs, as I noted to put extras on whatever electrostatic is and I do not want to prefer to pay that. I went prostatic so he did a good job with the spray painting so it was very well done. He spray painted all the surfaces with rust oleum for a smooth finish. "We were very pleased with the work done by Peter's crew. The weather was hot and humid but they still showed up and did a full day's work. Our starting date was greatly delayed because of rain and other bad weather. Once the weather cooperated, the work was done in about 5 or 6 days. Peter agreed to have someone install our new storm door and didn't increase our estimate. Very kind of him!! They also replaced a piece of vinyl siding that had come off during a windy storm. Again, no additional charge. We had to replace a few plastic shutters and when my husband bought the replacement shutters, we discovered that didn't match what was on the side of the house. One of the workers took it upon himself to rotate shutters from one side of the house to the other to make everything match. We really appreciated that. I intend to have Peter work on another project for us later in the year."

"Mauri and his team were great from start to finish. So good in fact I re-hired him for a 2nd job. He painted 6 rooms in my house after an addition/renovation and I hired him again 6 months later to paint the outside of my house.  Inside of the house was all brand new items: trim, doors, walls, etc. For the outside, in addition to painting I wanted rotting wood replaced, porch railings fixed and new gutters. House now looks top notch, both inside and out. Any big project will cost money if you want it done right, and I feel Mauri's pricing is the middle ground price you expect, which gives great value to the job you receive in return.
