A few days after the job was completed, the hot water heater was leaking. It was not even the result of any of his work. He agreed to come and fix the leak with his plumber. When I asked how much I owed him, he said to consider it a graduation present, as I had just received my doctorate the past weekend. What other contractors do that? None except Jonathan. He is absolutely amazing. What else can I say? I will be using him for any and all remodeling work in the future and will be recommending him to everyone I know.
