"This is a very professional company. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful and quick with answers. My house is very old and the city required it to be decked over the 1x12 shiplap boards. The estimator dealt with the city and my insurance and was very quick on answers. The work was excellent and some boards were replaced that I thought I would have to do. I would recommend this company to all. If I need another roof due to weather, I'll call Lon Smith roofing. I had first called another roofing company that was advertised on the radio. I was not impressed with that company but knew I wanted to go with Lon Smith after calling them."

"Ben and his team are a class act from start to finish! I received an immediate response to my email requesting information on a roof repair. Within 24 hours, Ben came out, gave us a written quote with detailed pictures of where our roof was compromised, and had a crew on site in days. Of course Mother Nature decided to let the rain pour on our parched Texas soil the very day that the repair was originally scheduled, but we were promptly updated via text and email with any scheduling changes due to the weather. After the repair was completed, I received texts thanking us for our business and ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the workmanship! Ben also included photos of the repairs.
