"Before the sale, Unicorp was the ONLY contractor who was willing to work with use to get the roof we wanted. They did not play games with pricing. There was no high pressure sales job. Just the facts on what we needed, our options, how much it was going to cost, and what work was involved with the replacement of our roof. When their estimate was different from our home insurer, Unicorp worked with us to get the estimate adjusted. Contracting was painless. Communication was excellent. Response to our concerns was excellent. Work crews appeared on time when Unicorp said they would be there... ALL 4 DAYS! Work crews cleaned up every day before they left. Work crews set out protective tarps etc., to protect our home and gardens. My wife is very difficult to please... Unicorp surpassed even her expectations. They did more than what was expected of them, and our house looks great. If you are going to hire a roofing contractor, go with the best, call Unicorp Home Energy. I am now going to contract with Unicorp to do siding work, they were that good. And by the way, they were not the most expensive quote too. The most expensive quote was from one of those radio guys offering 50% off roofing supplies."
