"Came out fairly quickly to perform estimate. When their became an issue with the insurance company over what was to be replaced, they assisted and meet with apprasier. During the actual work, heavy ice storm interrupted job, but they covered remaining portion and were back as soon as it was over and hed melted enough for them to go back on the roof. Clean up was not as good as I expected but snow was on ground which did affect ability to complete properly."
