Being new homeowners, we didn't have tons of money to spend on big projects. Luckily Shawn Hodge and Dave Weekly were both able to come out and help diagnose that it was the roof that was the problem. The work didn't take very long to be done and AWT also rescreened some of my screens for me as well which was extremely nice! Office staff is pretty prompt at replies and very accommodating. "The whole experience was good. The warranty is exceptional The customer service was nice and the guys that actually installed the roof were hard workers. There are only two issues I had. One, the initial consultation lasted 7 hours. Between discussions about the roof to the actual roof inspection. Second. The Forman on the job barely spoke English. There was a gap that had to be overcame for understanding my questions I had. Towards the end, he offered to call someone to translate but that, I felt, was too little to late. But like I stated earlier, the group as a whole worked very hard and the roof looks great."
