"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."

"I recommend this company I had a good experience my roof came out nice Iâ  m happy the way my roof came out my roof thank you Newhaus"

"Don and Sig C. The exterior of our home needed everything replaced -- roof, gutters, siding and windows -- so we know it was a project that would need a contractor who understood the necessity of completing the entire job in stages and in a professional way. DL Design Construction, with the advice and guidance of the owner Dmitriy and also his crew, were very helpful and also just did a superb job of turning our older home into a home that we are now very proud of and it looks like a new home instead. Their estimate was right on to what it ended up and although we had to have extras once the walls were uncovered, which we expected, it was still well worth what it cost. They were very courteous and professional at all times. We would highly recommend DL Design Construction and hope to have them back here for any future projects."

"Over all went well. They put several coats of paint on which was above and beyond. Good crew. The crew did damage some roof tiles and bent my aluminum patio cover but was going to repleace with a nice deck and trex material anyway.  Only issue is that they did not tell me about any of the damage I had to find it my self.  That bothered me. But again small price to pay for the over all price charged and work done.  Would give them a B+ to an A- rating. I would use them again and pay closer attention.
