He was patient, professional and had incredible people's skills. The craftsmanship was excellent. We are very satisfied with the outcome. Our neighbors are impressed as well.. "Was referred to chad from a friend, he was very helpful on what I needed to know and also discussed my roof age and the scenarios of waiting to re roof in 2 years or doing it with the solar. "I couldn't find any other contractors that used silicone as a roofing material. Several of the ones that I spoke to mentioned that it was usually used as a coating over a leaking roof, but not as a main roof material. I tried to do some research on-line, but I couldn't find enough information to feel comfortable with having them do my roof with it. They did offer a price that was about 60% of a traditional tar-and-gravel flat roof job."
