"We were denied 2 times by our insurance company so a neighbor recommended Patrick with PRQ. He had to hire an independent adjuster since our insurance would not cooperate. Within days we were approved for a new roof. Within one week our new roof was installed and we received a Premium Discount on our policy since the roof was a better roof than our last. "Overall, end product is good. There are different crews and managers for roof, siding and gutters. My fence was damaged during work. After each crew finished finger pointing, they repaired it. Paid cash but was billed by their finance company Greensky even though I was not supposed to make any payments until work was done and I was completely satisfied. After multiple phone calls spanning about 4 months, billing nightmare resolved no thanks to Power Home remodeling."

"I worked with Mark Hogan to address some minor roofing issues that could have become major issues. His crew did a good job repairing the primary issue, and also inspected the entire roof and replaced a couple of boots around exhaust pipes that were in bad shape.
