He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. "I had Getty check our roof while Dry Sky was replacing our neighbor's roof. He told me there were some shingles in need of repair, but I didn't feel pressured into having the work done immediately. About one month later there was a bad storm and we lost some shutters. I contacted my insurance company. When the agent came over to inspect she also had an adjuster come. I had contacted Getty and he also was there. After everyone finished, it was decided a new roof was needed. It was the original roof and was 16 years old. Getty supplied my wife and me samples of different roof colors available. Within two weeks after settlement and picking roof color, Dry Sky had a crew in and replaced the roof in one day. We also had new gutters installed which was done on the following day. Dry Sky was very efficient, very professional, and cleaned up very well after the install."
