They were able to explain the many questions I had regarding the roof repair process and explain the details with my Insurance company. When a concern came-up, they quickly responded. "I would have to say that DaBella Exteriors could use a little more emphasis on the customer service side. The salesman, Adam lifter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a roof replacement. He helped us pick the perfect color for our roof. He also explained the whole DaBella roofing process. He was so easy to deal with that I really wanted DaBella to do our roof. Unfortunately, we had a few bumps along the way when dealing with the office staff. They were unorganized and treated us poorly. However, in the end, DaBella came through and we ended up with a beautiful roof. I could not be happier. Grummett Construction was the company that eventually did our roof. They were excellent.
