They were able to include attic cleanup ( insulation removal, rodent and pest abatement, disinfectant, new insulation with higher R factor, and new hvac flex ducting to help increase efficiency. They also provided seamless guttering where it was necessary instead of full perimeter. We were guided through the process of roofing materials they used and also recommendations for the actual roof tiles/shingles. We opted for the highest rated roof tabs (uv, wind heat deflection etc) along with treated and insulated osb to decrease uvand heat buildup. In short the warranty is 50 years and transferable!!!
