Get matched with top roofers in Fifty Lakes, MN

"PRO's 1) Returned my call same day as inquiry. 2) Visited my property next day. 3) Called me from my property with quote. 4) Roof was installed two days later. 5) Was willing to take over when another roofing contractor left us high-and-dry. CON's 1) I have to dig deep for a con. The price for labor was higher than we had anticipated, but we needed the roof installed before the first snowstorm hit. We were really happy with the service we received from Mike and we would gladly recommend them to our friends & family."

"I highly recommend Sam and his crew. After contacting 4 roofing companies in the area, Sam is the only one that actually went up onto the roof to give an accurate assessment of the work that needed to be done. They did an amazing job and there wasn’t a single nail or scrap left behind and I think that my yard may have been cleaner when they left than it was before they started the job! If you are looking for high quality work from an honest and reliable company call S.A.M."

"Excellent service from the beginning to the end. I had storm damage and needed my roof being replace. I got multiple quotes from different companies in the area. There was a wide range in different prices that I had received from the multiple quotes. I had noticed that some companies also had a contract, and some did not. Committed 365 was able to sit down with me and explain all the details to their contact as well as answer all my questions. I also was able to have all my concerns with insurance taken off my hands with the great work that Committed 365 put into working with my insurance company and laying everything out for me in layman's terms. I was new to owning a home within the past couple years with no idea how the process worked. The company made sure to take care of protecting my landscaping during the process of replacing my roof and being respectful to my property. The owners were on-site each day making sure that the process was going well and that my needs/any questions I had were answered. When the project was done, the owner came and inspected the roof to ensure that the project was completed correctly. Since my roof was done, my neighbors saw the work done on my roof and have now used this company also. I would recommend this company and the great professionalism they showed before, during and after the process."

"Mike responded quickly and timely from the first call my husband made requesting a quote to the completion of the job. His crew was fast and efficient, plus respectful of our property and landscaping. Even the music they played while working was at a respectful volume! They did a good job with a thorough cleanup. My husband and I were very pleased and would definitely recommend them."

"Dealing with Sev Neumann and his co-owner (John) was a great experience from start to finish. They told me the job would take a bit less than 2 full days, and that's exactly what happened. Sev's quote was complete, and they showed me that they only use the highest quality of shingles and roofing materials (manufacturer, warranty, etc). I came to trust them right away.
John came out on Thursday morning with a big crew (5 people, all dedicated and experienced workers). They came with all of the equipment they needed to rip off the old roof, deposit it in their and quot;trash truck, and quot; fix the bare roof as needed (some work was required on the garage and on the cabin), and then install the and quot;ice shield, and quot; underlayment, metal roof, flashing, etc.
I could not be happier with the result. They did a first class job in a very timely manner, they cleaned up the area spotlessly (including using big rolling magnets to try to find loose nails), and John assured me that I could come to them with any follow-up questions or concerns that I might have later.
I see a couple of recent (2014) Angie's List reviews that and quot;gigand quot; Neumann Construction for responsiveness in quoting. I believe they had a full schedule this year (and every year?) due to the great work they do, and due to their reputation. I noted that they were really busy constantly this year, and I worked with them during the Summer to allow them to fit me into a 2-day and quot;windowand quot; of their choosing, and it worked out well for both of us. If you have a and quot;rush joband quot; that has to be done and quot;now, and quot; then Neumann may not be the company for you because it seemed like they have so much work due to and quot;word of mouthand quot; referrals and reputation.
In summary, I highly recommend Neumann Construction, based upon my experience with Sev and John and their people. Their price was very reasonable, and the work they did could not have been better in all respects (i.e. quality, professionalism, timing, materials, etc).
