"We were in a 15 day time crunch from our insurance company. Ruth could not have been more polite and responsive. She made us feel so confident that we didn't bother contacting another roofer. She scheduled their reasonable estimate right away and then scheduled the repair work in a few days. The worker came right on time, took before and after pictures for our insurance company, and Ruth emailed the requested receipt and pictures to us so we could forward them to our agent.
