"We got a free estimate on Monday from Joseph and Hayden (Roofing Inspector and Sales Reps) and our roof was replaced that same Friday—can’t ask for better service! They explained the roof’s condition, how Victors stands out (materials and attic ventilation), and that they offer a free annual assessment after completion. Supplies and a dumpster arrived Thursday. On install day, they protected our property. Darryl, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. Sergio and his crew started around 6 am and finished before 6 pm, replacing all shingles and redecking about half of our 1409+ sq ft roof in one day. Afterward, Shelbi (production admin) quickly responded to our request for more photos. We’re so thankful for our new roof with a 25-year leak-free guarantee!"

"It was awesome. The roofers came within 2 days of getting things taken care of with the insurance company. They even had another team to fix the damaged ceiling. They did a wonderful job. "Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great!
