I have a one-story white stucco house with tile roof and wood fascia and trim. Two boss men came out on a Friday to look at the house and discuss the job with me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly focused on getting the job done promptly. We went over some extra work on "my" side of my shared CMU wall that had some pretty severe stucco deterioration, and agreed on a fair additional price for that extra work.
The next day, Saturday, a small crew came, took care of the powerwashing and began the stucco repair work. Then Monday the big crew arrived (at 7 a.m. :)) and the entire job was finished by dark. They completed all the stucco patching and refinishing, expertly masked off everywhere needed to protect windows and hardware etc., and repainted as agreed.
The house and wall look great. I originally decided to get the job done because of noticeable peeling and cracking paint on the wood trim, and because it had been years since its last repaint job; I hadn't realized how dull and faded the whole house looked until this was done. It looks bright and fresh.
I highly recommend Suncoast, and would use them again for any painting job.

"After we made the painful decision to replace our existing metal roof, my husband and I wanted to hire a roofing company that only constructed metal roofs - experts in the field. We are pleased with our decision to have Vertex Metal Roofing do the job for us. The company's professionalism was first evident in the analysis by Korbyn Brock of our previous roof's problems. Then his subsequent presentation of Vertex standing seam products and installation methods helped convince us that the previous problems would not occur again. The job was expensive and took 5 weeks to complete. Not a criticism...just a fact. We have a hip roof with nearly 7000 sq ft of metal between the roof and soffit panels. That's why choosing the right company is so important. Metal will last a lifetime. But the roof can fail if not designed and installed properly. Accessiblity and communication are also key. After the job started Korbyn stayed in touch as did the head foreman, Jim Conway. But the main communication was taken over by the site foreman, Marco Cobos. I can't praise him highly enough. He calmly and consistently responded to any questions or concerns during the job. If we didn't like something, then he fixed it or did it over until we were satisfied. He worked hands on with his great crew. Then, the week after the job was completed a light rain revealed seams on two gutters that were holding water and dripping. Upon communicating this to the head foreman, Jim(who responded to my text within minutes), we were assured the problem would be resolved. Jim came out personally to asses the situation and the following week Marco came out personally to redo the seams on those gutters. He also checked every seam on EVERY gutter around the house. To me, that's a sign of a truly reputable company- one that doesn't make excuses for a problem but apologizes, takes responsibility and then makes it right. Needless to say I would recommend Vertex to anyone interested in purchasing a metal roof. Their performance has made us confident that this will be the last roof we'll ever need."
