"Ark did a full roof replacement for us, and bumped out the roof over a porch area that was a persistent leak problem for us. They were fabulous to work with! We started with an unidentified leak that was causing damage. Ark gave us options for repairs, but also did a full inspection of the roof and identified multiple issues associated with age. They didn't push the replacement, but after getting a few other quotes and inspections we decided to go with a full replacement. Ark's quote was competitive, not the cheapest but felt like the best balance of cost and confidence. They were amazing - came in with a big crew and banged out a 4000sqft roof in two days start to finish. Spotless clean up, and quality work.
