"Our neighborhood was hit by a devastating hailstorm in 2022. The vinyl siding on the north sides of everyone's house was pocked with holes and gashes, roofs catastrophically damaged, broken windows, battered cars, tree limbs everywhere. Certainly, we had all seen storm damage much worse than what found after our storm, but we all braced for the challenges ahead: clean up, repair and even rebuild. As we picked up the pieces around our yards, contracting companies descended on our neighborhood. Steven S at the office ensured that we were scheduled for our repairs and any follow ups that came after. Ben’s hard work, Phillip's word, John's follow-through and the teamwork at Craftsmen all mattered! This experience has taught us that in the process of home repair and restoration (and I imagine in renovation too), you cannot let the idea of the perfect get in the way of the good. And Craftsmen delivers the goods! We have finally, and thankfully, come to the end of repairing our home! We 100% recommend Craftsmen if you are looking for a solid, local company that operates on principles of integrity and that goes the extra mile to ‘make it right.’ Craftsmen, like other companies following the hail event, met a different sort of storm—a storm of people needing repairs. The unusual circumstance meant that Craftsmen had to learn how to navigate a disaster event along the way. But as they learned best practices in the aftermath of our storm, they stood by their work. Now, as we stroll through our neighborhood, we often note how lucky we were to have made the best choice! The team was a very hardworking group and the owner/co-owner (K...) was very professional. They would come back to fix small things to make sure everything functioned properly. Recently, I had an unrelated issue with some roof trims. I called Kevin and he responded quickly despite their very busy schedule. The trim problems are now fixed.
