"My experience with Green Mountain Contractors was fantastic start to finish. I was purchasing a home with a 23 year old tar and gravel flat roof in the North Valley with signs of leaks in multiple areas. I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. Green Mountain came back out promptly to address them. I will definitely be working with Green Mountain again on other projects for the home."

""Smith and Ramirez" did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Prior to hiring them, they provided me with a pic and address portfolio of work they had previously performed within the El Paso, TX area. This allowed me to go look at finished jobs as a representation of their workmanship and to help decide on the color scheme I was looking for. A bonus was that I was able to get testimonials from the homeowners as well. They took the burden of working with my insurance off my hands to get approvals for additional work, finished the job on time and within the budget they estimated. Would most assuredly recommend Tye and Alex, co-owners of "Smith and Ramirez" to anyone needing a professional roof replacement job!"

"I had a company in mind I was going to use when I was contacted by Green Mountain asking if I had any questions and that they would beat any competitors estimates. I told my husband I would let them know what are estimate was but that I really doubted they would beat it because it was around 4,000 difference. Not only did Zachary beat the estimate by about 1,000 less he upgraded the warranty and material. I couldn't believe it not only did Green Mountain beat the price the work was outstanding I have pretty high standards with quality and Zach makes sure everything is done precisely. They did everything in a very timely and professional manner I can't say enough if you're reading this please give them a call I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I got .60 mil tpo roof old being tar and gravel and the out side stucco redone and color changed. Zac the owner is HONEST an down to earth and he inspects everything himself and he doesn't tolerate less than the best....Zach I thank you and will always call u when things need to be done.
