I believe that Jasons knowledge and presence upon the insurance inspection was the key reason that our insurance covered as much as they did. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. "Work was done well and it will probably last the 50 years they advertise. Only one area of roof trim is not flush. Worked around existing gutter guards. However, clean up was not great. They squashed plants in front bed after they asked and I told them to not harm the front flower beds. Moved patio furniture around and didn't put it back when done. Still had old shingle pieces on patio. They bent a gutter baffling. Didn't put gutter down spout extender back. So care for property is so so."
