"It went well except for being delayed 3 weeks. I had to do all the checking on status of the install - no proactive communication. Communication in general was about average. I wasn’t real happy with putting 40% down and waiting 2 months for the work to be done but not a deal killer. I’m very happy with the the value and quality of the installed roof. They removed the old roof, replaced some damaged decking, installed a full covering of ice and water shield and a well warrantied shingle system that looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"I had a meeting with Jesse about the issues that I was having with my existing metal unfortunately I will have to replace my whole roof, but after speaking with Jesse, I am very confident in him and the work that he will be doing he is very knowledgeable and at no point that I feel like he did not know what he was speaking about. He is very professional straight to the point and the price is fair."

"Dane was very upfront with everything told me not to worry to control got it done. It looks awesome and everything he said in the beginning was true at the very end no hitting cost no waste of time and they cleaned up afterwards. Didn’t even look like they were here except for the new roof. If anybody’s looking for someone to do the roof, please give him a call for a quote. It won’t hurt anything. We’re very happy with the job that was done and I’m sure you will too."

"Actual roofing work well done but for Roofing Teamwork ethics need attention to get better rating. Roof work done during winter months with shorter days starts when warmer and makes for shorter work hours. Be ready to do self-tidy up around house after workers leave if not at a new building project. Company sales service is better than others but needs improvement in communications throughout with customer/client relations. Be specific about Roofing Team members using non-team equipment and/or moving non-team items without permission. Also clean-up of non-team items before roofing team leaves location. When lunch time arrives, ensure all roofing team members leave location to go and get lunch which includes using lunch facility restroom, if needed, before returning work site to continue roof work. Overall, Roofing Teams work was fast. Now to await results of the Inspection Department representative."
