The company reps were professional. Workmanship and warranties were also very good. Since most consumers are unfamiliar with the processes associated with roof installations, communication along the way is important. This is the one area that can be improved.

We were unable to install the skylight due to unexpected ducts in the attic that prevented the solar tube from going in but the crew tried to overcome the limited access on 2 separate occasions. They did so without tearing up the ceiling as they planned and inspected before any cutting. I ended up hiring them for a smaller project which turned out great.

When I asked to fix the leak in the roof, the inspector came to the site that afternoon and gave a quote 1 hour later. Of course, I also inquired about other companies at the same time. Some could not come on the same day, and some came on the same day, but it took a few days to give the quotation. The rainy season in Florida is here, and rain leakage is something that cannot be waited for. The quotation is reasonable, the estimated repair time is also very timely, the work is done well, and I am no longer afraid of the rainy season.

John was very understanding and accommodating in pushing my roof to the head of his busy schedule to get my roof completed in time for a December 22nd closing on my house. His Forman, Richard, was onsight everyday of the job. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and a pleasure to deal with and answered all questions and concerns. The roof is amazing!!! Beyond my expectations. The color is beautiful!!! I couldn't be more pleased!! Thank you!

What a GREAT experience. They are simply Rock Stars in the roofing business! They quoted very fairly and they came out and completed the roof quickly and cleaned up very well. They did drop a shingle that tore thru the screened in patio and they took care of that with NO hesitation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will recommend these folks till the day I die!!!

We had 5 quotes and Nine Square was among the lowest price. We liked the fact that Charles was very professional and offered us three quality choices (warranty length and wind guarantee) and did not pressure us at all. We were under a time constraint as our insurance was about to run out and insurer would not insure without new installation. Foreman Henry showed up on time with enough men to complete the job timely. Amy, the office manager, is a great communicator. We would hire them again,,,in fact, we did.

Put up the roof in one day. 6000 square feet. My yard was left cleaner than when they started. Amazing!

Michael told us up front about the current codes and the modified changes that would have to take place in order to pass inspections from the county. He was here every day, the job went as planned and all leaks stopped the day they were finished. I have forwarded his name and number to all my family and friends at work.
