The crew showed up on time every day throughout the course of the work. They kept me informed when they bumped into something unusual - like the discovery that parts of my house had five roofs! This was much too much weight for my house to carry. Obviously no other roofer told me that and they just kept adding layers on top of existing roofs. Good grief. "Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates.
