Once we chose two roof colors we were interested in, Jeff provided us with houses in the area to look at to see how the roofs actually looked on houses. This was very helpful in making our decision. Capital got us on their schedule very quickly. The crew supervisor Azael was fantastic to work with. He explained about a dip in the garage roof and how they would fix it. It was reasonable, inexpensive, and we gave the approval. The crew completed the roof work in two days. They were prompt, friendly, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up. "Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."

"Rick's Roofing & Siding reroofed and resided our home after damage from a hailstorm. They had previously reroofed our home about 15 years earlier and had done excellent work, so we contacted them for this project. Again, they did excellent work. Literally more than a dozen neighbors have told us how good our home looks. One even said it was stunning. Every person that we worked with from Rick's, their rep, construction crew, inspector, and office personnel were very good to work with and did their jobs well. An example, our neighborhood had many homes damaged by the hailstorm. Talking with our rep from Rick's on a sunny day outside our home, he told me that they only use the same lot of shingles when they roof. He said others will just take what they can get in situations like this where many homes are damaged and the demand for the shingles is high. He pointed out a house across the street from us and said that their roofer had mixed lots. I couldn't see what he saw, he told me over time it would show. All it took was for it to show was for it to rain, when the neighbor's roof is wet, I can see the distinct line patterns on their roof where the shingles are different. I waited for some time to pass before I wrote a review to see if any issues would show; everything looks great, and we've experienced no issues."
