He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"We are very happy with the work we had completed by Twin Cities Siding. We used almost every service they offer and are very satisfied with all of the work completed. We originally asked them to bid on siding and roof replacement. We also asked for a bid on adding a screen or multi-season porch and deck. They really listened to what we wanted and came back with a bid that made our dream of adding a family room feasible. Once we agreed to work with them on the siding and roofing we also asked for bids on insulation and window replacement. Every bid was competitive and fair. This was a long project and we worked with many folks from the company. Every employee was extremely professional and made it easy to welcome them into our home for many weeks. We had very regular updates from and communication with our project manager throughout the project. Given the scope of the work and the number of players involved, there were some bumps along the way (like the window company sending all of the windows backwards), but every challenge was met head on and handled quickly, which rates very high with us.
