"We had a wonderful experience with Everlight Solar. Nick did a great job of going through and explaining everything and how it would all work. The crew does a fantastic job and they do it quickly. They even suggested a placement change of the panels on the spot to maximize my production. One thing I wish is that I had added a couple more panels to the system beyond what they recommended- just to get that extra going back into the grid. I have seen the cost savings in just one month on my utility bill. More sun would be better but I did record 74% less consumption for Sept. than the previous year! The days are getting shorter, so have to take that into account, I look forward to next year and seeing just how much more it can produce. "Currently, we are only in the planning stage, with actual work planned to begin once spring arrives. The bidding process went well, with all planning of all phases throughly covered in our negotiations. In all fairness to the other companies whom we approached, they all had solid reputations and vast experience in their field; but Bear Roofing was able to bid at a noticeably lower price. Bear’s lower price doesn’t reflect a use of cheaper materials or other cost cutting measures which should affect the quality of their work, but Bear Roofing had a lower apparent overhead and this was reflected in their bid to us. After the actual work has begun; and more importantly after the entire project has been completed, we will review how Bear Roofing followed through on their commitment to us, and how our faith in them played out."

"The team was experienced and worked very well together. Our house was complicated to do. We are 12 feet from the neighbors, have a fenced in yard, a lot of landscaping and it is 2 1/2 story 140 year old house. The roof is very steep with dozens of valleys and slopes. The team worked a couple of 12+ days. Perfect clean up. We had one mishap the an awning being a victim of a stray shingle. One day after the job was complete, the house was inspected and a check is on the way for a new awning. Just excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them."

Installing the white roof reflected the sunlight from the roof, which then allowed the attic to be as cool...or even cooler...then the air temperature. I cannot say enough....but Mark and his team were incredible to work with."
