There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. "Home 2 Revonate was a pleasure to work with! We had gotten a few quotes on a repair to our roof and were told by all Companies that we needed a new roof. H2R took the time to show us exactly why we were in such dier need of a roof. Once we decided we had to bite the bullet and redo the whole roof, H2R was the best choice! The materials, warranty, and customer service are superior to other companies. They are more expensive, but honestly... you get what you pay for and the extra expense was worth it! The job started just 1 week after we signed the contract and our entire job was completed in 6 days from taking the Solar Panels we had down to Putting them back on. Without the Solar, the Roof itself was done in just 3 days! I was shocked at how quickly they worked and also with the quality of the work! The communication was always excellent and they were willing to modify the contract to include cutting our rafter tails that we didn't want at no additional cost after the tear down had already been done.
