There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. "My roof was 26 years old, after getting estimates from several roofing companies in my area, I chose Eclipse Remodeling Inc, after being very impressed with my meeting with the company's owner, Udi. His was neither the cheapest or the most expensive of the estimates I received, but the most knowledgable and with the highest quality materials and guarantees, and I felt very comfortable going with him. The work was done not only on time but finished ahead of schedule. He has an amazing seasoned crew who show up on time early in the morning, and worked sometimes until sundown. Giant trucks bringing materials with a crane to lift onto roof, giant trucks for immediate clean-up on the 1st day as they removed the old roof, each day everything cleaned up by the end of the day. All done in 2 and a half days. They did a beautiful job, and my wife and I could not have been more pleased. Udi even went above and beyond by doing some painting touch-ups matching the color of my house on some flashings needed in some odd nooks and crannies of my old house.
