"Approximately one year ago, we hired a screening company to replace our ancient lanai cage and also to add a roof to the porch. The roof leaked after the first rain. The screening company returned four times to fix our leaking roof but they were never successful. They never answered our fifth call nor did they ever return our calls after that.
