He attended the meeting with our insurance adjustor (when drones assessed the damage) and did the communication with our insurance company. No money up front was helpful. Start time was sooner than we anticipated (less than two weeks). Two crews (one for shingle removal and replacement) and second (Bryan Lewitzke) completed window rewraps, awning painting and gutter screen covers. Cory even suggested using black shingles instead of brown, which we agreed to and it looks GREAT with red brick. "After the last windstorm I had a few shingles blow off. Then after it rained, I had a leak. Contacted Brady at Downunder and he was able to take a look almost immediately. He said the roof could be repaired and did not need to be replaced (like the other guy was trying to get me to do). Brady gave me an extremely low quote and was able to perform the work quickly. Brady even did some corrective work that my last roofer failed to do (i.e. caulk exposed nail heads, seal loose shingles, etc.). After the work was done, I had went up on the roof to install Christmas lights. Looking around, I could see Brady did good work! Will definitely use him again.
