Get matched with top roofers in Swampscott, MA

"Without hesitation, we recommend Len Gibley Contracting. Three years ago, we hired them to replace our roof and were very satisfied with the work, price, cleanliness, and timeliness. So, when it came to our siding and window renovation, we included them in the bidding process. Brian Dobbins was very responsive from start to finish. During the bidding process for Hardie Siding, Andersen Windows, gutters, and porch and deck repairs, Brian listened well, offered solid solutions, and gave us a competitive and detailed proposal. During the renovation, he was there to answer questions and solve problems. Brian's professional and hardworking crew showed up daily through completion. They finished on time and budget with no surprises. We are thrilled with the quality of the materials and installation, and we're glad we made a significant investment with Len Gibley Contracting. Thank you, Len Gibley - Our house looks brand new!"

"Hired Dorothy slate roofing to inspect and repair my slate roof.. Their crews performed an outstanding job."

"I first called another roofer who never came inside to look at the stains or went up on the roof. That roofer said by visual inspection he could tell I did not need a new roof and his company only dealt with replacements. But, he hazarded a guess at what was wrong and said if anyone actually went up on the roof, it would cost around $800. I then called Farina who scheduled an estimate; they arrived on schedule. The gentleman came inside and took pictures of the stains. I received an estimate about a week later and was asked to agree to it or not by email. I agreed and about another week passed and they showed up at my house to do the work, again going inside first to look at where the stains were. The actual work took less than an hour-so far, so good. Assuming that the leak is fixed, the only thing that could have been better was if I was told beforehand when they would do the work, instead of their just showing up. Luckily, I was home."

"I've worked with Moacir and FRS roofing and gutters twice. In 2019, they did an excellent job installing a completely new roof. I was happy to hire them again in 2021 for a rather complex repointing/masonry job on my garage. Their pricing was fair, and when you factor in their professionalism and courtesy, you're getting a great deal. I recommend them highly."

"The Roof looks great and the job was fantastic and I would hire them again."

"Best Roofing job I had! Great Customer service"

"Clear communication through the whole process. Questions were answered promptly and the roof looks amazing. I was extremely impressed with the work ethics of the crew, as well as the care the project manager and quality control team gave us."

"Would I recommend JP Carroll roofing absolutely. They all were very hard workers. From start to finish. Bent over backwards to help on any thing you ask them to do."

"Hugo, the owner, was very accommodating. I had a badly leaking flat roof, which is a small section of my entire asphalt, gabled roof. I called many roofers to get an estimate for a repair rather than a full roof replacement--since I could not afford the cost of an entire roof replacement at that time. All other contractors/roofers only wanted the larger job of a full roof replacement--which I could not do at that time. Although a complete roof replacement would have been ideal, Hugo understood my situation and agreed to do just the flat roof repair, which included replacing the rubber roof. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate. Even though he was in the middle of a large, complete home renovation project, he scheduled my repair two days later in the morning and finished the job by noon. Hugo is a fair and honest professional contractor. His expertise extends to all areas of home construction. Attention to detail and customer complete satisfaction are priorities. So you can trust him to reliably guide you through any home repair or renovation. I definitely recommend Hugo and his men. I know I will be hiring them for my future home improvement projects--big or small. Licensed and insured, as well, you can't go wrong with HT Construction!"
