He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.

"The price was right and I was ready to move forward, but the president of the company failed to show at our set measuring appointment.  I had taken time off work and waited and did not receive a phone call.  I had to email him to find out where he was and he said he was stuck on the interstate.  I told him later that I decided to proceed in a different direction and I began contacting other companies for quotes.  He begged me to give him another chance.  I did email him and asked him to send me a copy of the warranty that was promised and to write out the agree upon financing as I was considering giving him another chance.  He never replied.  I'm now happy with the company I have chosen.  Beware of a new company with very few reviews.
