This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"These guys estimated that my project calling for stucco repair and painting of 3192 sq ft, two-story walls under roof and a perhaps, 65-yard wraparound wall would take two days; this proved incorrect as it took only ONE day, more specifically, seven hours. This family-owned and operated company had five guys descend on our residence and performed professionally if not brilliantly. They tell you what they’re going to do, and do it for a fair price (got four other quotes and S & H was in the middle but the others - not unreasonably - estimated five work days).
