"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. "We were impressed at the professionalism and expertise from the first call to Eclipse Remodeling to the very last moments of our roof installation. We did our research and that lead us to Udi at Eclipse Remodeling. They have been in business for 20 years with the same owner contractor's license. That is rare. Also Udi the owner is a licensed roofing inspector, so he knows the building codes very well. Udi the owner was very knowledgeable, communicative, quick to respond to our questions and concerns, low pressure, and very professional. So is their office staff. They took care to cover all our plants and pool to make sure no debris fell into them. They do a thorough clean up at the end of every work day. Udi was present at our job site at least twice a day and made sure all our details were taken care of. This is THE company to go to if you want the best materials and installers. They are not the cheapest, but, in this case, were worth every penny. We are very satisfied. Eclipse also does home remodeling and we have a bathroom remodel in mind. I don't think we will shop that around. Eclipse will be our first and only choice from now on."
