There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. I am very satisfied with the finished work. Ehud (Udi) came to the Jobsite to instruct and to check the procedures of installation every step of the way during the process. To prevent leaking, the procedures should be correct, so the roof will be sealed without gapping. Ehud (Udi) said to me that my roof is his roof. he does not allow any substandard materials or poor workmanship taking place in his customerâ s job. Everything he had agreed upon on the contract, he fulfilled. He has a very dedicated team of workers working for him. Their knowledge and expertise made a seemly complicate task went smoothly.
