"I left a message and the owner, Walt returned my call within a couple of hours. I met with Walt later that day and he provided a hand written quote that included all items he would complete and the final cost. I had a custom color that Dunn & Edwards had prepared for a neighbors home years ago. It was difficult to get a good match but Walt had no problem getting an excellent match and we were able to use a Frazee paint. He quoted me a time frame of 30 days out which was not a big issue. I called him 3 weeks out to confirm and he was able to confirm and even start the job earlier than planned.
First the power washing started and was completed within 1-2 days (the roof was included). The second day all the scraping and repair work was completed. The third day the windlows and fixtures were wrapped and taped to prepare for the painting. They used a spray and a back roll approach. I never had to once ask them to fix an area as they would spot any slight imperfection themselves and repair. I wanted to have the windlows and doorways trimmed out with a seperate color and that turned out perfect - no mistakes whatsoever. I inquired as the job was ending if they would consider painting my cool deck ( I had done it myself 4 years earlier and the paint had chipped away). They agreed for a very reasonable price and the very next day that was complete. I look at the backside of my neighbors brick and stucco wall that had not been painted in 20 years. With my neighbors approval I had Walt's crew repair the top and paint the entire wall as well. 
I can't say enough about the integrity and expertise of Walt, his son and their crew. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and there are no surprises. The work was completed on time even with the extra 2 add on projects. The quality of their work is outstanding. I have referred them to my parents and they are currently painting their home as well."
