"Ark did a full roof replacement for us, and bumped out the roof over a porch area that was a persistent leak problem for us. They were fabulous to work with! We started with an unidentified leak that was causing damage. Ark gave us options for repairs, but also did a full inspection of the roof and identified multiple issues associated with age. They didn't push the replacement, but after getting a few other quotes and inspections we decided to go with a full replacement. Ark's quote was competitive, not the cheapest but felt like the best balance of cost and confidence. They were amazing - came in with a big crew and banged out a 4000sqft roof in two days start to finish. Spotless clean up, and quality work. "Our steps leading to the deck had collapsed and I thought they needed to be replaced but Mr. Phillips was able to repair them using the existing material at significant savings for me. He also replaced the roofing material on a small screened room on the deck. He and his son were very prompt and reliable and the worksite was cleaner when they left than when they arrived!"

"The overall experience was very good. My old roofing was very old, with the main house having two layers. Even though there weren't any leaks, I knew it was time for new roofing. While the door to door lead in had me slightly leary, after I agreed to have the sales pitch next day, it went well...the young ladywent through the standard pitch, then added some points relating to top quality materials, their installers being fully certified by GAF, etc... The installers showed up just as scheduled, and dug right in removing the old roofing. Because of two layers, and having the garage roof done as well, it took a day and a half to complete, and they were very particular in cleaning up. Others have said their prices are high, and I agree to a point. However, having the highest quality in materials, and a very careful installation, relieves any anxiety. Overall, very well done, and no problems yet..."
