"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Rene also went above and beyond by taking pictures of each stage of the project, emailing them to me with updates. My parents asked me to be on point so much of the communication came to me, yet Rene also kept my parents' updated. Jordan Roofing is professional, timely, and clean up was thorough. Excellent customer service and high quality work. Even the city roof inspector commented that Jordan Roofing Company does excellent work. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing Company."

"W got off to a rocky start because the job was postponed twice and the worker arrived 30 minutes later than the window of time that the company established. When I expressed my frustration about these things to the owner his replies were, "I've been working since 6:00 AM", "I'm not perfect", and "We don't need to have this discussion". Being the one writing the check at the end of the day (as well as being in a Service Industry myself) I would expect at least a nod to Customer Service from the owner. This in addition to the fact that they wouldn't agree to perform the stop gap measure of putting plastic on the roof (two rainstorms occurred between postponements) without a signed contract, despite the fact that I offered to pay for this service with a credit card over the phone. That said, the worker was friendly, cooperative, informative, reassuring, and very thorough; a definite asset to this company. The repair work is warranted for one year, so I may be dealing with this company again, though in the future I will be aware in advance that the Customer is not the Owner's priority."
