"Very responsive, answered all our questions, provided details and pictures to explain the rooting project proposed. We had planned to hire them, but the Buyer of the property decided not to have us do the roof after all. He determined he would do it instead, so we provided D-1 Roofing's name so he could contact them directly. We will certainly consider D-1 Roofing for our other property's needs. Thanks !!"

"Solis has my permission to give my phone number to someone needing their help! In brief, excellent, above and beyond excellent professional work. Excellent service. Clean, fast and done in half the time expected. Always smiles on their faces! Went above expectations with working with insurance . Always able to assist with any questions. It's like family not a contractor. They care and will be there for you!!!"

"This company is not licensed for the work our church needs done. They don't do commercial roofing."

"I am happy with the roofing. The workers were efficient and worked well in a timely manner."

"The owner and his assistants all performed with excellent skill and mannerism."

"I had them replace my roof. Lowest bid. You get what you pay for. A fair number of nails and old material left behind when the project was done. eight years later, I noticed shingles popping up. I called and asked about how the warranty on 40 year shingles works. The owner said he'd be out the next day to fix the problem. Never showed up. Since, the phone goes top voicemail, which is full."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Marcial, the owner and crew chief was on site. He was exceptional to work with. He noticed things in his inspection that other bids did not. He did extra things not specified in the contract because he determined they were needed. His team was efficient, conscientious, and cleaned up after each day's work. They left our property practically spotless and the quality of the work is great! He was significantly less than other bids. I'd hire New Generation again without question."
