"All under one roof did a fantastic job removing two layers of shingles and installing new roof. The whole team was hard working and completed the job in one day. When they were done my yard was cleaned of all debris. I highly recommend All Under one roof."

"Really good roof experience. These guys came early with a big team. They were done with the roof in half a day. I got three other quotes and they were the best value by far as well."

"Without hesitation, we recommend Len Gibley Contracting. Three years ago, we hired them to replace our roof and were very satisfied with the work, price, cleanliness, and timeliness. So, when it came to our siding and window renovation, we included them in the bidding process. Brian Dobbins was very responsive from start to finish. During the bidding process for Hardie Siding, Andersen Windows, gutters, and porch and deck repairs, Brian listened well, offered solid solutions, and gave us a competitive and detailed proposal. During the renovation, he was there to answer questions and solve problems. Brian's professional and hardworking crew showed up daily through completion. They finished on time and budget with no surprises. We are thrilled with the quality of the materials and installation, and we're glad we made a significant investment with Len Gibley Contracting. Thank you, Len Gibley - Our house looks brand new!"

"Leo and Ricardo showed up to look at the job on time and they were very professional. They evaluated all the troubled spots and took pictures. They provided a comprehensive quote within a day or two complete with the photos they had taken. I had a few questions on the quote which May in the office tried to answer. Once she was unable to answer some of these questions she had Leo and Ricardo call me. May is very easy to get in touch with but Leo and Ricardo are a little more difficult to reach since they are out in the field all day. Once I approved the quote the were at the house the next day to erect scaffolding. They also were expecting a deposit from me which was never made clear so there was a little confusion there. Our house was built in 1884 so after they started work they discovered the roof was in worse shape then they originally anticipated. They were quick to send photos of the condition of the roof but I was never given a firm price as to what the additional costs would be. They completed work in 3-4 days and clean up was done professionally. The additional work they needed to do was significant and I was never fully made aware of what this was until I received the final bill. I trusted Farina that the price Farina billed me on the additional work was fair. This is based on the other quotes I received from other roofers-all of which seemed either too simplistic of a fix or far too comprehensive and expensive considering the size of the leaks."
