"They have a favorable AL rating so I started this process by calling this company for an estimate. I was contacted by Jim Howell, their roof inspector/ evaluator. He met with me promptly and did the inspection by getting up on the roof and gave me the estimate within 2 days. Jim also came back here a second time to meet my husband (my request) so he would have a better understanding of our roof's condition and why it should be replaced. Samples of roofing materials were brought here to determine sytle and color.
Although generally I always obtain multiple quotes from various providers I did not seek more in this case. I was so impressed by Jim Howell's explanations, courtesy, and demeanor that we went ahead with this company.
It was supposed to be a 2 all-day job. Unfortunately day #2 turned out to be a rainy day and they had to suspend working. (a Friday).
Because the crew needed to get the job done due to weather changes they came back and worked on Sunday, all day and finished!
Replacing a roof is extremely messy and Noisy! and the crew did a wonderful job of picking up nails, shingle debris, and blowing and sweeping. The crew was extremely careful throughout not damaging our bushes, lawn, and landscaping in general which I had requested before we signed the contract.
Jim also gave me some advice to repair mortar in several areas on the facade of our home. I appreciated that.
Our roof is very attractive and we know our home is protected for many years to come.
The only reason I gave a B on the Cost is because I did not obtain other bids so I couldn't compare with other companies.

"We had a great experience with The Roofing Guys. They were referred to us from neighbor's and got us a full new roof approved through insurance. Highly recommend."

"Roof replacements is a lengthy process and Signature Exteriors were great in guiding us through the ordeal. The whole roof was replaced in one day and was done very professionally. Would use them again! Highly recommended!"

"We have had two wonderful experiences with Skyview Roofing. The first was immediately after Hurricane Florence when we lost shingles off a large portion of our roof. Skyview went neighborhood to neighborhood helping patch and tarp roofs and were able to keep our home safe while we waited for an insurance claim. Our insurance did not cover a new roof at the time (too many claims) which led to our second call to Skyview. After a recent windstorm, we lost several other shingles and our insurance decided this time to replace the roof. Skyview was able to show them how necessary it was to avoid any future claims. We dealt with Chris and Taylor both times and have nothing but wonderful things to say about their professionalism, affordability and promptness."

"Fidelity roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof located maiden north carolina. Jonathan and Maria are great communicators. They helped me understand the whole process is a very digestible way. The roofing crew was on and off my roof in a day and we're willing to show me how they spend just a bit of extra time and use quality materials to make sure I get the best roof possible. If I ever need another roof, you bet I'll be calling fidelity roofing."

"Roofing repairs, chimney removal and vent stack boots replaced by Joe at Peak Roofing & Construction, LLC. Joe was fantastic! Found him on Angi's List. He came over that afternoon to see the job and provide an estimate. He was able to begin work immediately however, we opted for the following morning. Joe was prompt, efficient and respectful of us and our property. He cleaned up everything leaving us nothing to worry about. Our inspection of the work completed surpassed all expectations. Price was also more than reasonable. We would highly recommend Joe and Peak Roofing & Construction, LLC for all of your roofing needs! ~ Bob and Lisa-A Lewis, Albemarle, NC"

"Did a great job for us. Fixed our roof on a pool house and two flat roof sheds."

"My wife and I recently had to have our roof replaced due to a hailstorm in August 2023 and just the normal wear and tear of a 15-year-old roof. I had 3 roofing companies come out and give us estimates for the new roof and we also contacted our Insurance Agent to file a claim on roof replacement. The first company came out and he was very quick on and off the roof as if my roof was too small of a project for his company. I asked if he had a ballpark estimate and he told me around $14,000.00 at which time I told him, no way and donâ t bother writing it up. The second company called me and said they were running late but they would be there around 6:00pm. They never showed or called me back, so the next day I called them to cancel coming out. The third company to come out was Majestic Roofing who sent their Storm Damage Specialist Andrew Franco who walked the entire roof also taking pictures. Andrew came off the roof and we talked as he walked me through the entire process with Insurance companies and claims for a new roof. Before Andrew left, he told me to let him know when the adjuster was coming out so he could go on the roof with the adjuster, which he did approx. a week later. After I received payment from my insurance company, I called Andrew to get an estimate from Majestic Roofing to do our roof and to get on their schedule for our new roof. Our roof was scheduled for Monday March 11, 2024. Andrew told me their crew would be at my house at sunrise. The crewâ s punctuality was incredible they were in my driveway at approx. 5:45am just waiting to go to work. At first crack of daylight the crew started setting up their equipment and tearing off the old roof. They had about an 8-man crew and the tore off the old roof in approx. 2 ½ hours. Watching them work on our house, and the attention to detail the crew possessed was incredible. Andrew came out to the job to check on the progress and talk to the crew supervisor who told him there was a 5-inch HVAC vent pipe through the roof, but what we had to replace it was a 4-inch gas vent flashing and a 4-inch round storm duct starting collar. But what we needed was a 5-inch gas vent flashing and a 5-inch round storm duct starting collar. Now this is where Majestic & Andrew went above and beyond any of my expectations, Andrew personally drove me to 8 roofing & hvac supply companies before we finally found the 5-inch gas vent flashing and a 5-inch round storm duct starting collar. At this point is where Majestic Roofing showed me their Positive Attitudes, Professionalism on The Job, Quality of Their Work, Value of Their Final Product and a Very knowledgeable group of people. My wife and I were totally amazed at the professionalism and communication that was shown to us. Majestic Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. They were very neat, courteous, and kept us in contact through the whole process. They came when scheduled to do the replacement and finished it in one long day. Majestic Roofing is a top notch â 5 Star Company who I Highly recommend!!"
