They did an outstanding job as far as I can tell. I plan on getting the roof inspected by my insurance guy to get a second eye to take a look. "A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. "I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. "I had 5 roofers to give me bid for a new roof. There was a 6300$ difference between the lowest bid and the highest bid. Since insurance was not paying for the roof, I opted for the lowest bid which was Dustin's bid. But before I hired him, I checked his bid against the highest bid I had and found virtually no difference other than one bid used GAF shingles and Dustin used Owen's Corning. The highest bid got back to me and lowered their bid by 3000$. Still too high. Dustin believes in giving the best bid first time around. Dustin was very helpful and brought bigger samples and gave me addresses of roofs which used the shingles in the samples so I could see a roof before it was on my house. We are very pleased with the job- job site cleaned up well, and no damage to my NEW landscape plants and lights!I We were out of town when instillation occurred. Dustin has a small business but mighty! You will be pleased!"
