I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. "We hired Parks Roofing & Painting for an exterior house painting project which included painting fences in the front and back yard. My initial point of contact was George Parks who took the time to explain the painting process in sufficient detail to help satisfy my concerns. In our case one of my primary concerns was our UGLY damaged stucco areas. I crossed my fingers that perhaps someone could at least patch them up and disguise them. The stucco preparation in combination with painting was done so well you can't even tell where the previous problems were. In general their preparation work (sanding, patching etc.) contributes greatly to a positive outcome for the project. For example, the boundary color change lines between the eves and stucco are consistent and precisely defined. Our house so dramatically improved it is almost unbelievable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners in our area."
