"They were on time for the estimate and on time for the work that was performed. They removed my old shingles, tar paper, and vents and replaced them with new underlayment and GAF Timberline Shingles with new vents. The workers were efficient, knew what they were doing, worked extremely hard and long and did a great job. The project manager was on site much of the time and ready to answer any questions or respond to concerns. The new roof replaces one installed 19 years ago and the quality of the new roof greatly exceeds that of the previous roof. They cleaned up after they finished and did not destroy any flowers, shrubs, or plants. I would not hesitate to use them again."

Communication with him was exemplary. He was there to answer every time i called. My roof was damaged by dense hail and all shingles needed replaced. He promptly (next day) inspected my roof and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was scheduled within only a few days, and his team showed up ready exactly as promised. The roof project started at 7:30 in the morning and finished around 3:30 in the afternoon. He personally supervised the roof job. When the roof was done the crew took good care to thoroughly clean up around the house. In the end Mike even took off 100 dollars from my bill for paying in full. As a happy customer I highly recommend Mike Hicks and his team at America Roofing."
