They replaced my rotting fascia boards and repaired the foyer entrance using Hardie board, and the final result looks spectacular. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous about cleaning up every day. They handled a tricky, tedious job with skill and were very transparent about the process, cost, and were extremely helpful with suggestions of material. There sales manager came out on sat Nov 7 paid them on Monday Nov 9 and another associate came out tues Nov 10 to measure and they put the new roof on Friday Nov 13. "Can’t say enough about this company. I’ve had roofing work in the past and usually it was by someone we knew and could do a cheap job quickly. Needless to say you get what you pay for. They mapped the roof of each of the three buildings we needed done. The program gives them precise measurements that result in precise material estimates. Meaning no wasted material. We were visited to discuss the plan and went over each and every step in the process from prepping the area to clean up after. They don’t just show up and slap shingles on. They have a plan , in writing, that details the whole job. All of the material estimates are right in front on you and they explain the quality of each of them and why they use them. They showed up on time. The crew was professional. The owner even showed up both days to check on the progress and walked around with a magnet picking up nails. I have no doubt that the work we just had done will last until we are both dead and gone. Got an incredible warranty from a well known and time proven company for the material and installation. There are cheaper places to get a roof but none of them…NONE of them can provide you the quality that Consolidated Roofing can. Mine will last forever, the others will need to be redone at some point. I would highly recommend that you talk to them if you want the best roofing installation in the area.
