Had wind damage on my roof and at my request Sam Parada (manager of New Restoration System) immediately contacted my Home Insurance and proactively follow up with ins. adjuster. Once got approval home insurance, Immediately Sam proceeded to get the permit (same day) and later at night he called to see if I was ready for roof installation for the next day. Roofers where very diligent with the roof installation and cleaning afterwards. Next day Sam came and did a very thorough inspection of the roof and we where all happy with it.
