The roofing material they use is top of the line. I was extremely impressed with Brenner because he was knowledgeable and explained the issues with my roof and worked with me during the entire process. He provided a fair estimate to replace my roof. Brenner went above and beyond assisting with the removal of my solar panels. He contacted the solar company that installed the solar panels (my roof should have been replaced before the panels were added a year ago). They would not remove the panels without a large fee. He worked with the solar company that his company works with and provided me with a discounted price on the removal and re-installation of my panels at a discounted price. The installation process went smoothly, and the installers were professional and did a wonderful job on my roof, venting and fascia. They removed an old evaporation cooler and hauled it away. "Valley Contracting repaired my covered patio. It was 23 years old. Wood facia was rotting and the roll out shingles were deteriorating. After product was a new roof with new facia and a slick foam top vs. shingle. They also painted my 2 story house since it's been 13 years.
