"Very well. They are on a monthly schedule."

"Blue Wave's service was SPECTACULAR. They cleaned my windows, washed all the trim work around my windows and cleaned all my window screns so well they looked like new again! My wife and I are VERY impressed with the professional service provided by Blue Wave. We asked BW to climb onto our roof and clean our skylights and solar panels on the same day they cleaned our windows. They did the job safely and effectively The skylights are super clean and the solar panels look good as new. I highly recommend Blue Wave and will definately ask Blue Wave to return to clean my windows again. They are highly professional from the estimate through to job completion. They were on time and completed the work on schedule. SIncerely, Ted Maguire"

"It went fine. Isirido is very friendly and does good work."

"I am extremely pleased with the level of service provided by Geo's Window Cleaning. He was here as promised and on time. It's a three story home so the job is not an easy one. I have never seen my windows shine as they do now."

"The service went really well. They were kind enough to check the gutters. They came on time, and did it quickly."

"Well. I would recommend their services anytime."

"After comparing quotes from several companies, we hired Byron’s team for our house exterior painting and we are very happy with this decision. Not only was his price estimate very reasonable, Byron also impressed us with his knowledge and friendliness. Byron was very easy to talk to and a joy to work with. He was always available and he was very accommodating even when we tried to change the paint color in the middle of the project! The painters were professional, hardworking and very friendly. They finished the paint job on time and with high quality. I would highly recommend Cabrera’s painting to anyone."

"He did a very good job and it worked out very well. I was very pleased."

"If you need a handyman, Carlos Painting and Handyman services are absolutely the way to go! From the first correspondence, Carlos was professional and prompt.  His work (and that of his very capable assistant Luis)  included the following:

• *installing doorknobs and smoke alarms,

*sealing, priming and painting the outside of our living room and dining room windows,
*completely redoing a skylight in the kitchen (cleaning, scraping, priming, painting) It's absolutely beautiful and has changed the look and feel of our whole kitchen!
*installing two light fixtures (this included fixing the wiring in both),
 *painting kitchen cabinets,
*regrouting the kitchen sink,
*priming and painting the baseboards in the living room, dining room and hallway,
*fixing a water damaged wall
*Priming and painting the trim around the living and dining room windows.
*priming and painting the wall around the living room windows
*removing the carpet in the  large  hallway and cleaning up the hardwood underneath, (gorgeous)
*taking the paint off of some tiling in the bathroom.
Carlos brought all of the supplies and even went to home depot to pick up some items for projects that I had added to the original list.  Carlos is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work.
He is a great listener when you explain what you need and makes valuable suggestions!
I love walking around the house and seeing all of the wonderful improvements.  If houses could smile, mine would have the biggest around.
Thank you Carlos, I look forward to our next project !
