"They were gave me a quote over the phone (for the install). I called another place and they required someone to come onsite for a quote. I really wanted it done that day and they were able to accommodate that, which was nice. Jordan was my installer and he is really an asset to this company. Outgoing, friendly and very efficient, he really knows what he is doing. He said if there were any problems he would come back out and take care of it. They have a 90 policy. He took the box with the trash in it with him, so I didn't have to clean up. I also got a follow up call to make sure everything was OK. I went with this company because it had great reviews, and those were well deserved."

I spoke with Jonathan at Blanket Insulation who was the first person who made me feel "heard." He did a lot of research on his own and even came out twice to quote a few different options. Ultimately, we went with a company that had a vendor-specific insulation that Blanket didn't carry. However, pricing was on par with other quotes we received, and Jonathan was incredibly helpful. (Also, he was getting married--so Jonathan, best wishes for many happy years!!) I would recommend them for traditional insulation."
